Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Business Development Executive to join our team in Mohali. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience in business development or sales
- Strong evidence of ability to drive sales and meet targets
- Proven experience in market analysis and identifying business opportunities
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Effective negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with clients
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and tools
- Solid understanding of the sales process and customer lifecycle management
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand the company's client base
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients detailing the benefits of our services
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets
- Maintain and update CRM software with client information and sales progress
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
