Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Business Development Executive to join our team in Mohali. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our services.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience in business development or sales
  • Strong evidence of ability to drive sales and meet targets
  • Proven experience in market analysis and identifying business opportunities
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Effective negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with clients
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and tools
  • Solid understanding of the sales process and customer lifecycle management
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand the company's client base
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients detailing the benefits of our services
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain and update CRM software with client information and sales progress
