Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive for our Interiors division, based in Mumbai. This role requires a dynamic individual with up to 3 years of work experience. The primary objective is to drive sales and growth by identifying and managing new business opportunities within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to negotiate effectively and manage projects efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in sales with a focus on growth and expansion and meeting sales targets. (Mandatory skill)
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to achieve optimal results in high-pressure situations. (Mandatory skill)
- Experience in project management, capable of organizing various aspects of a project to completion. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficient in market research to identify and analyze market trends and opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear and open communication for successful project delivery.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate information and solve problems effectively and efficiently.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the capacity to adjust to new challenges and skill sets as needed.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities to expand interior company's market presence in the Interiors sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and forecast sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with the company's objectives.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction for all parties involved.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and reports to senior management and clients.
- Continuously monitor industry developments to inform business strategy and maintain competitive advantage.
Ideal candidate must be
* Only Female candidates preferred
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
· Excellent skills in communication
· Strong understanding of business module
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· If candidate from the hospitality industry will be highly prefered
· A passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics
