Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Store Executive . As a Store Executive, you will be responsible for managing the inventory and store operations. This is a mid-level position requiring of experience in store management. The job location is in Chakan, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Store Executive or similar role
• Solid understanding of store management procedures and best practices
• Proficient in using store management software, such as SAP or ERP systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Experience in team handling and supervision is preferred
• Knowledge of SCM (Supply Chain Management) principles is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, including stock levels and stock movement
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments
• Ensure proper storage and organization of materials
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of goods
• Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize stock availability
• Perform regular stock checks and reconcile any discrepancies
• Prepare and update reports on inventory and store operations
• Implement and maintain store policies and procedures
• Train and supervise store staff
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and production, to meet organizational goals
