Job Overview

We are is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with a strong background in the manufacturing and automotive industry. This is a full-time position based in Chakan, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of product quality standards and manufacturing processes
• Experience in implementing and managing quality improvement initiatives
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and methodologies
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product quality meets or exceeds customer expectations
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify any deviations from quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve any quality-related issues
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent quality issues
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
• Develop and maintain documentation of quality processes and procedures
• Train employees on quality control processes and procedures
• Monitor supplier quality performance and establish improvement plans as needed
