We are hiring a Production Engineer . As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the manufacturing process. This role requires a mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years in the automotive/manufacturing industry. The job location is Chakan, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience of Production Engineer in the automotive/manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality standards.
• Proficient in using production management software.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve production issues.
• Excellent team-building and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and product quality.
• Optimize production lines to meet production targets.
• Analyze production data and propose improvements to optimize performance and reduce costs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance.
• Develop and implement safety and quality standards.
