JD for CRE (customer resident executive) position. Request you to share the profiles at priority.

• Education – diploma (automobile/ mechanical/ other)
• Experience – 4 to 5 years in automobile industry. Handling customer lines and interface between customer & plant
• Salary band – 4-5 lpa

Key words - OEM customer handling, customer complaint handling, MIS, PPAP, forecasting, scheduling

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handling customer line activities related to quality, supply chain
• Acting as the first point of contact inside customer end for any sort of supply chain / quality concern
• Checking correct stock availability / communicating about stock requirement on time
• Checking & qualifying the acceptance level of the glass before feeding to the customer production line
• Managing outsourced people who are deployed inside customer premises for sequencing / assembly
• Managing sequencing / assembling glass inside the customer premises (Applicable only if sequencing is there)
• Ensuring the right part to be supplied to line for assembly
• Attending to the day to day quality issues at customer Assembly line
• Doing segregation and rework whenever necessary
• Giving daily feedback to plant on the quality status and Interacting with customers on feedback from plant.
• Supporting on sample fitment and feedback.
• Training customers at assembly line on glass handling.
• Giving feedback on pallet / transit related issues, feedback to the Logistics/ Plant / KAM on criticality situations.
• Giving updates on stock status & customer production status (Daily)
• Sending weekly / monthly report
