Job Overview

The Technical Sales Manager will drive Azalio's sales strategy, focusing on cloud and telco cloud technologies. This role includes managing technical sales activities, fostering client and partner relationships, and driving growth within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise and telco cloud solutions in alignment with company objectives.
  • Demonstrate expertise in data center infrastructure and cloud technologies such as RedHat OpenShift, AWS, and Azure, as well as supporting technologies like load balancers, firewalls, and DNS.
  • Nurture and expand relationships within existing accounts by understanding business needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with partner companies to leverage synergies, drive joint sales initiatives, and expand market reach.
  • Work closely with the technical team to craft solutions addressing client requirements and challenges.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, maintaining a robust pipeline and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track opportunities, and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients, showcasing Azalio’s technical capabilities and services.
  • Lead negotiations, finalize agreements, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (B.B.A.), Engineering (B.Tech.), Telecom, Information Technology, or an MBA (preferred).
  • Proven experience in technical sales, particularly in cloud or telco cloud domains.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in technical sales.
  • Strong technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, load balancers, and related technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in account management and business expansion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
  • Results-driven with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
