Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in Nokia core technologies and proven project management experience. You will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet all scope, budget, and timeline objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus and a proven ability to manage relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage all aspects of Nokia core network projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
· Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
· Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
· Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
· Manage project financials and track project performance against key metrics.
· Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior-level clients.
· Effectively manage project escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Document project processes and procedures
Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
· Proven experience managing complex projects in a telecommunications or network services environment.
· In-depth knowledge of Nokia core network technologies.
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships at all levels.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage high levels of pressure and maintain a positive and proactive attitude.
· Proven ability to manage client escalations with a solution-oriented approach and a strong service mindset. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a Nokia Care environment (a plus).
