Position Title: OSS TESTER/ TELECOM TEST ENGINEER

Work Location: Gurgaon

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented OSS Telecom Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing and validating OSS (Operational Support System) solutions in the telecom domain. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of OSS systems, including service provisioning, inventory management, and fault management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for OSS solutions.
• Perform end-to-end testing of OSS modules such as service provisioning, network inventory, fault management, and order management.
• Validate integration between OSS and other systems, including BSS, NMS, and orchestration platforms.
• Conduct functional, performance, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Work closely with developers, solution architects, and business analysts to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential issues.
• Use testing tools and frameworks to automate and streamline test processes.
• Identify, report, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.
• Provide detailed test reports and documentation, including test coverage, results, and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with telecom standards and protocols during testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve system quality.
