Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Promotion Manager to join our team at Ayoni Foods Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Promotion Manager, you will be responsible for devising and executing strategic sales promotion campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase sales. This is a senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. The job is located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India, and is a full-time role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Promotion Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of sales promotion techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software

Roles and Responsibilities
- Devise and implement sales promotion strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging and effective promotional materials
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including online and offline activities
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sales promotion campaigns
- Identify new opportunities for sales promotion and recommend strategies to achieve targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and retailers
- Manage the sales promotion budget and ensure optimal utilization of resources
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to identify new promotional techniques
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales promotion activities
