Job Summary:
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by making outbound calls and securing appointments. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers, generate interest in our offerings, and schedule appointments for our sales representatives to further discuss our products/services. Your exceptional communication skills, persuasive abilities, and attention to detail will drive the success of our sales efforts and contribute to the growth of our company.
Requirements:
An Appointment Setter’s responsibilities include making sure that potential clients might be interested in our (WEBSITE, DIGITAL MARKETING) services, then scheduling a time with each potential client so they can meet one-on-one or in groups with our organization’s Sales Representatives. smart candidate who has the proficiency in Hindi Bengali and in moderate English is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Prospecting: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our company and solutions, effectively engaging them in meaningful conversations.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, ensuring that they align with our target customer profile and have genuine interest in our products/services.
- Effective Communication: Articulate the value propositions and benefits of our offerings clearly and persuasively, adapting your approach to the specific needs and preferences of each prospect.
- Appointment Scheduling: Successfully secure appointments for our sales representatives with qualified leads, maintaining an organized and efficient scheduling process.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and outcomes using our CRM system.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and Skills

Skills:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Sales Appointment Setter or a similar role in a sales or marketing environment is a plus.
