Job Overview: We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist (Female) for our Madipakkam location. This full-time, mid-level position requires 3 to 6 years of experience. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills and play a key role in generating new business opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales over the phone, email, and online platforms. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, LinkedIn, calls, and online channels.
- Sales Presentations: Present and promote services to prospective customers via phone, email, or virtual meetings.
- Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs set by the company.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team about customer preferences and market trends.
- Experience in selling RE services and Data services will be an added advantage
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related role.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
