Job Overview: We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist (Female) for our Madipakkam location. This full-time, mid-level position requires 3 to 6 years of experience. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service. Qualifications and Skills:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales over the phone, email, and online platforms. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, LinkedIn, calls, and online channels.
  • Sales Presentations: Present and promote services to prospective customers via phone, email, or virtual meetings.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs set by the company.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team about customer preferences and market trends.
  • Experience in selling RE services and Data services will be an added advantage

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Attitude: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
