Role & Responsibilities

• Attending and making Inbound as well as Outbound class

• Explaining the products Available or services offered by the company.

• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.

• Give quality information about the companys projects.

• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

• Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services Offered.

• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Bachelor.

• 2-3 Year Work experience in IT Telesales is preferable.

• Great interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English as well as Tamil .

• Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
