Job Overview


Ayatri Holidays is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Travel Sales Process. In this role, you will be responsible for selling holiday packages, answering customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with a work experience requirement of 1 to 3 years. The job location is Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Junior level position with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Good knowledge of holiday destinations and travel packages
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service
  • Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Sell holiday packages to potential customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about holiday packages, including itineraries, pricing, and additional services
  • Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Operations and Marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to enhance the sales process and customer satisfaction
