Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Travel Sales Executive. As a Travel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our holiday packages to prospective customers. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- A strong passion for sales and achieving targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
- Knowledge of travel destinations and holiday packages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Good computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell our holiday packages to prospective customers
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our packages
- Identify and generate leads through various channels
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings
