About the Role: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM), with extensive experience using Revit, Dynamo, and scripting. The role involves creating and managing BIM models, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring seamless project delivery through effective communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

I. BIM Modeling:

• Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models using Revit.
• Ensure models are compliant with project standards and protocols.
• Coordinate and integrate models from various disciplines to create a comprehensive project model.

II. Dynamo and Scripting:

• Create and utilize Dynamo scripts to automate repetitive tasks and enhance modeling efficiency.
• Develop custom scripts to meet project-specific requirements and optimize workflows.

III. Collaboration and Coordination:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM models.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and manage clash detection processes.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address project requirements and resolve issues.

IV. Project Management:

• Assist in the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.

1. Quality Assurance:

• Conduct quality checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Implement best practices and standards for BIM modeling and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM modeling using Revit.
• Proficiency in Dynamo and scripting for BIM automation.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.
• Experience with BIM collaboration tools and processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of additional BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, AutoCAD).
• Experience in a customer-facing role, managing client relationships and expectations.
• Certification in BIM or relevant software tools.
