Job Overview
Full-Time Latin America Sales Manager position available at Axis Electrical Components (I) Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This role is responsible for driving sales and business growth in the Latin America region. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of senior-level experience in sales and a proven track record of successfully expanding market share in the Latin America market.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Latin America market
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics in Latin America
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel within Latin America as required
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in the Latin America market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners in the region
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities and market trends in Latin America
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure customer needs are met
- Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics in Latin America
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote Axis products and services
- Develop and mentor a high-performing sales team in the Latin America region
