About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results driven sales support executive to assist the sales team to achieve their targets by providing administrative, logistical and operational support. The role requires excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills to ensure seamless coordination between the sales team and customers.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

·        Prepare and maintain sales related documents such as proposals, contracts and

presentations.

·        Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems.

·        Generate sales report, analytics and performance summaries for management review.

2.Customer Coordination:

·        Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt responses and effective

communication.

·        Assist in resolving customer concerns with the sales team.

·        Schedule and organize meetings or appointments between sales representatives and

clients

3.Order and Process Management:

·        Handle order processing, tracking and coordination with internal departments.

·        Ensure all orders are accurately documented and delivered on time.

·        Monitor and follow up on pending orders and payments.

4.Sales Team Support:

·        Provide support during sales events, exhibitions and campaigns.

·        Assist in developing and distributing marketing and promotional materials.

5.Data Management and Analysis:

·        Analyze sales trends and provide actionable insights to the sales team.

·        Monitor competitors’ activities and share relevant market intelligence.       

Key Requirements:

·        Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing.

·        Experience: Minimum 1 years, with experience in the same field.

·        Proficiency in digital marketing tools.

·        Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

·        Stay updated on emerging digital marketing tools and trends.
