Position: Sr./ Manager – People & Culture

Role objective- Led Learning & Development, Employee Life Cycle, Stay/Exit Interview, HR Business Partner, Employee Onboarding, Reward & Recognition, Employee Engagement Survey, Buddy Process, Organization Development projects, Top talent engagement program, Virtual Engagement, Organization development and Organization behavior
Detailed Job Description
• Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions for new employees.
• Preparing the KPI to keep the track of performance improvement for each employee.
• Coordinate and implement a transparent Performance Management System
• Arranging benefits programmes to promote wellbeing, from gym memberships to cycle-to-work schemes.
• Liaison with line management staff to accurately identify in-house training needs and deliver appropriate development programs.
• Conducting staff survey findings to implement enhanced working conditions and practices.
• Benchmarking of Compensation and benefits packages.
• Instrumental in workforce planning and benchmarking to meet company needs.
• Designing industry-leading employee engagement and recognition programmes for 14 cities and 131 locations.
• Develop and manage strategic plans related to recruiting, retention, performance management, reward & Recognition, learning and development, employee engagement
• Analyze, diagnose, design, and revise people programs, policies, and practices to sustain positive employee relations.
• Partner with business leaders to create and sustain positive employee relations programs and best practices.

Qualification: Postgraduate from reputed institute
Experience: 6-8 Years
