Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote Awestruck's gifting solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements and present appropriate solutions that meet their needs.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels to convert them into sales.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunities.
