Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a Full-Time position based in Thane, Navi Mumbai, with an Internship option available. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of work experience. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving social media strategy, ensuring brand consistency, and increasing the online presence.

  • Content Creation: Experience in crafting engaging and relevant content tailored for different social media platforms.
  • Social Media Advertising : Proven ability in creating and executing paid social media campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Brand Management : Experience in maintaining and enhancing brand voice and ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Social Media Analytics: Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Community Engagement: Adept at building and nurturing online communities, responding promptly and appropriately to comments and messages.
  • Copywriting: Strong writing skills with an ability to create compelling and concise copy for various social media posts.
  • Influencer Marketing: Experience in identifying and collaborating with influencers to amplify brand reach.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to interpret data and metrics to derive actionable insights for improving social media strategies.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Create engaging multimedia content such as images, videos, and articles that align with the brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and user engagement metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to ensure brand consistency in social media communication.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, monitor their performance, and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Generate monthly reports on social media performance, provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and grow relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to extend reach and credibility.
