Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Thane, Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time position with an internship option available. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 3 years of work experience and will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics that align with our brand's values and messaging.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory skill)
• Strong skills in Illustration (Mandatory skill)
• Excellent understanding of Visual Communication (Mandatory skill)
• Knowledge of Typography, including font selection, pairing, and readability considerations
• Comprehensive understanding of Color Theory, including color harmonies and color psychology
• Experience with Layout Design, including grid systems and arrangement of visual elements
• Creativity to conceptualize unique and original designs for various mediums
• Keen Attention to Detail in ensuring designs are accurate and polished

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and develop high-quality graphics and designs for various projects, including digital and print mediums
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand design requirements and project goals
• Ensure all graphics align with the company's branding and aesthetic guidelines
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustration, and other design tools to produce visually compelling content
• Implement feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve designs
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Assist in other design-related tasks and responsibilities as needed
