**Job Title: US IT Recruiter**

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting in the US IT market and will be responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle. This includes sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Sourcing Candidates:**
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to source potential candidates.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
2. **Screening and Shortlisting:**
- Review and screen resumes according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and conduct technical interviews with hiring managers.
3. **Stakeholder Management:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment support.
- Communicate regularly with candidates to keep them informed of their application status.
4. **Database Management:**
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure all candidate interactions and data are logged accurately.
5. **Offer Management:**
- Facilitate the offer process by extending offers, negotiating terms, and managing the acceptance process.
- Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
6. **Compliance and Reporting:**
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and results.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- In-depth knowledge of US IT market and technical roles.
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
- Proficiency with ATS and HR databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with visa and immigration processes is a plus.
