Domestic IT Recruiter
We are seeking a skilled Domestic IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-tier IT talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT industry, effective communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and attract qualified IT professionals. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates’ skills and qualifications.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to understand their career goals, preferences, and skills. Provide timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Job Posting and Advertising: Write compelling job descriptions and post openings on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks. Monitor responses and actively engage with potential candidates to generate interest in available positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Prepare candidates for interviews by providing relevant information about the company, position, and interview process.
- Candidate Assessment: Assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks. Provide detailed feedback to hiring managers to support informed hiring decisions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Keep detailed records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment process using applicant tracking systems or databases.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify recruitment best practices and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand staffing requirements, prioritize recruitment efforts, and deliver high-quality talent solutions. Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on recruitment-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment goals.
- Certification in recruiting or human resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
