We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Executive for our Chennai office. This is a full-time, position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will handle various accounting tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Proficiency in GST and TDS compliance.
• Experience with Tally accounting software.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including AP, AR, and general accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate GST and TDS filings.
• Handle reconciliation of accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits and prepare audit schedules.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.
