Job Description


At Avishya we are on a mission to energize and showcase India's rich and varied handcrafted clothing and apparel heritage by working directly with it's finest weavers and artisans and creating markets for their beautiful products, across India and around the world.


We are looking for a HR Manager who shares our excitement for this mission, to be based at the Avishya Corporate Office, Nungambakkam, Chennai.


The person will take care of the following Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and recruiting talent for online and retail stores.
  • Induction of new joiners and Employee Engagement.
  • Maintenance of attendance records of teams for Payroll Processing.
  • Coordination for applicable Statutory Compliance.
  • Handle processes needed for Team Members Feedback and Appraisals.
  • Tasks related to Office Administration and Maintenance.


Education - UG/PG/Diploma Degree in HR


Experience - 3 to 5 Years


Location - Nungambakkam
