Roles and Responsibilities of Customer Relationship Executive ( Candidates - 1 to 3 years Entry to Mid-Level Experience)

  • Communication with Customers both pre and post purchase - Emails, Web chats, Whatsapp Chats, Phone Calls
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers.
  • Responding to Social Media Enquiries
  • Coordination between customers and tailoring units
  • Order fulfilment follow ups with vendors, logistics providers
  • Order checking and Quality Checks prior to shipping products to customers

Key Skills

  • English speaking skills - Oral and Written
  • Customer Query Handling, Finding a Solution
  • Knowledge of Hindi / Telugu will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
