As the Lead Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design, analysis, and implementation of structural engineering projects. Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Executive: More than 10 years of experience in structural engineering
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design principles
• Proficiency in industry software such as ETABS, STAAD.Pro, and AutoCAD
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the structural engineering team in the design, analysis, and implementation of projects
• Prepare and review technical drawings, calculations, and specifications
• Perform structural analysis and simulations using industry software
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
