MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- To use computer aided design (Micro-station, AutoCAD, PDMS including Draft) facilities for the production of detailed and general arrangement drawings, such as Layouts, interconnection diagrams, Installation drawing, loop drawings, block diagrams, termination diagrams, mounting details for racks and equipment etc.
- Maintain AutoCAD files.
- Creating 2D drawings using AutoCAD for Block diagram, Loop diagrams, Interconnection diagram, Wiring diagram, architecture diagram etc.
- Generating 2D layout drawings for F&G layout, JB layout, LCP layout and MCT etc.
- Preparation of Fabrication Drawing for instrumentation function based on Installation Drawings
- Preparation of Bill of Material
- Prepare wall Opening / cut out drawing for Buildings (Control Room)
- Perform site survey, prepare survey reports for brownfield related jobs
- Review and coordinate instrument 3D model with the other disciplines
