Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team at AVIS Enertech Pvt Limited, a leading Engineering and Project Management Consultancy Organization in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures. This is a full-time position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the engineering or project management industry
• Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment process
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle employee relations issues with tact and discretion
• Proficient in HRIS and other HR software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Implement and manage HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees
• Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
