Purpose of Role: Primary Finance SPOC for driving financial accountability and end-to-end P&L management. Incumbent will be responsible for Long and Short Range Planning, BI framework for Performance Evaluation, New business evaluation and Analytics/MIS for VC/PE Investors/Board. The role is also responsible for overseeing sanctity of cost allocation Operating Divisions and provide inputs on cost containment / revenue enhancing opportunities. Key Responsibilities include: Partner with Head of Finance and Division teams (Business + Finance) to finalize long range and Annual/ quarterly operating plans and forecasts. Own the entire process end-to-end. Be a trusted advisor of senior leadership team. Identify key metrics, keep track of financial KPIs and develop financial models along with sharp front-end visualization of the analysis to support strategic initiatives. Be the central owner of organization-wide operating and financial data and KPIs. Advanced Analytics & Benchmarking: Predictive Analysis, external benchmarking within same Sector/ Industry and need based advanced analytics. Proactively use benchmarking to ensure resources are optimized and BAU operations are managed tightly, while investing in growth initiatives. Analyze key performance indicators in all areas of revenue, operating costs, fixed expenses, and capital expenditures - time series as well as against budgets and forecasts. Prepare monthly Comprehensive Finance Docket and drive reviews with analytics and identify pockets of operational value and effectively communicate the same to the senior management for action. Allocation of central costs to divisions to ensure holistic performance evaluation. Own the methodology and process, align with key stakeholders, and operationally handle it monthly. New business financial models as Eggoz looks at rich opportunities in the market. Be the central figure in preparation of business plans. Work closely with Head of Finance/Founders and be accountable for internal dialogues to ensure robustness of plans. Scenario building, stress testing and bringing in clarity of assumptions and key actions needed to make the plan real. Prepare monthly MIS, investor dashboards, and presentations. Play an active role in due diligence process for Debt and equity funding. Candidate Skills & Qualifications CA /CFA/CMA (First Attempt) Prior experience of having handled a similar role, especially in a rapidly growing organization. Preference will be accorded to Advisory experience or FMCG or Manufacturing organization, startup, due diligence, business valuations and supporting new business launches. Experience in handling large professional teams and working in fast paced environment. High Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work in a relatively unstructured, high paced environment with aggressive timelines and stretch deliverables. Strong understanding of data analytics and front-end visualization, with drill down on the fly. Knowledge of, or ability to learn new things, including Machine Learning, Big Data analytics, etc.
