**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented ID Master Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate master data related to new molecules, new strengths, and correct salt updates in the pharmaceutical retail industry. The role requires a thorough understanding of pharmaceutical master data management, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Creation of New Masters:** Develop and manage master data records for new pharmaceutical products, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- **New Molecule Creation:** Accurately input and maintain data for new molecules, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- **New Strength Creation:** Create and update records for new product strengths, maintaining high levels of accuracy.

- **Correct Salt Updation:** Ensure correct and timely updates of salt information for pharmaceutical products.

- **Data Quality Assurance:** Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain data integrity and accuracy.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure accurate and timely data management.

- **Documentation:** Maintain comprehensive documentation of all master data management processes and updates.

- **Compliance:** Ensure all data management activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharma).

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical master data creation in the pharma retail industry.

- Experience in Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing.

• - Strong knowledge of medicine salt composition.
