Position: Senior Recruiter (Non IT)

Office Location: Chikhli, Pune

Desired Qualification: Post graduate with HR specialization

Experience: 5-7 Years

Preferred Industrial background: Manufacturing/Project based organization

Ø Develop and incorporate an effective recruitment strategy & develop effective tools, methods etc. to align with the TA goals of the organization

Ø Produce and update job specifications and descriptions

Ø Post job ads on the company’s website, social media channels, and relevant job boards

Ø Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks

Ø Reviewing 7 evaluating resumes and screening candidates

Ø Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers

Ø Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates

Ø Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices

Ø Perform interviews and evaluate the candidates’ skills, knowledge, and experience

Ø Follow up with successful candidates and update the company’s internal records

Ø Be a point of contact between the candidate and the company during the selection process

Ø Consult with senior business and HR leaders on critical talent gaps and drive an effective and efficient talent strategy in support of the business.

Ø Drive a strong talent assessment process and rigor.

Ø Present ongoing requisition updates both written and verbally to the HR Business Partner, Controller, and Business leaders.

Ø Network, source, and build a talent pipeline with industry leaders assess them and ultimately attract the highest skilled and credentialed professionals to join

Ø Be the primary negotiator and closer to selected candidates.

Ø Create a diversity sourcing strategy for the designated business groups; this includes building strong external partnerships with diverse associations.

Ø Screen, evaluate and qualify candidates, including conducting in-depth candidate interviews to develop a deep understanding of candidate qualifications and competencies.

Ø Prepare/Maintain MIS reports
