JD for Customer Technical Support.
· Coordination with external customers for after sales services
· Post sales Technical support to customers
· Providing customer support services in addition to the technical services
· Prioritizing and dealing with the issues in a timely manner
· Keeping track of the customer queries and resolving the issues as early as possible
· Ensuring that the fault is completely rectified and ensuring that it does not appear in the future.
· Providing correct feedback to customers
· Preparing technical support team performance reports.
· Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
· Develop service procedures, policies and standards
· Coordination with internal Department (accounts, design, sales, production and quality)
· Coordination with installation team. Arranging Manpower for installation & commissioning of projects
· Coordination with client -regarding payment, production, dispatch, design related issues.
· Answers customers’ questions, resolves problems, and maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources
· Solving query between installation team & Client
· Scheduling the project from Start to end
· Entering all handover report in CRM
· Preparing work order release of production department.
· Internal Purchase order release to purchase department.
· Follow up & Collect payment from Clients.
· Taking drawing approval from clients.
· Resolving of troubleshoot for each and every project if required.
