Urgent openings for Trade marketing officer with top FMCG company for Mumbai location

• Age less than 35 years
• Experience – 4-6 years in FMCG company

 Key Responsibilities

 1. Manage Sell-In Function for key categories of company products

  Prepare monthly trade scheme budgets with inputs from shopper marketing team 

  Evaluate trade schemes prepared by regional teams and seek approvals from shopper marketing head 

  Oversee scheme execution and co-ordinate with finance teams to track utilization and effectiveness

  Create Omni Channel pricing structures basis trade scheme plans

  Track competition schemes on monthly basis as input in scheme evaluation and planning

  Assist in trade scheme budgeting for quarterly financial planning 

 2. Lead all large trade activation programs 

  Lead planning and execution of all large trade activation programs 

  Budget, track effectiveness and report trade activation impact

 3. Lead quarterly cycle planning (QCP) for sales team 

  Co-ordinate with brand and shopper marketing teams for QCP inputs like new launch, consumer promotions, media inputs, trade activations etc. 

  Summarize and prioritize all inputs and communicate final QCP to brand and sales teams 

  Ensure all plans like sales team incentives, Trade schemes, Trade activations and top outlet inputs are in line with QCP priorities

  Track and report plan vs actual for all QCP initiatives 

 4. Assist in sales planning for emerging categories 

  Assist in planning trade schemes for new launches

  Support sales planning of emerging categories like Soulful in terms of trade inputs for geography expansion, new SKU launch, scale up in specific channels like wholesale etc
