Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the Australia region to introduce our accounting services and generate leads.
· Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their accounting needs and offer tailored solutions.
· Build rapport and establish strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and active listening.
· Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels and convert them into qualified opportunities.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, conversations, and client interactions in the CRM system.
· Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize conversion rates.
· Stay updated with our range of accounting services and industry knowledge to effectively address client inquiries and objections.
· Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion rates.
· Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, client preferences, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
· Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
· Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to engage prospects and convert them into leads.
· Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
· Results-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
