• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Marathi, Hindi and Manageable English is needed.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
• Prior customer service experience will be a plus
