Onbase JD:

Responsible for the development, customization, administration and operations of the Business Process Management platforms and associated applications such as MetaStorm BPM, Softdocs and/or Onbase. She/he will lead and participate in application configuration, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, updates, end-user training, and system-wide integrations. Will serve as the primary technical resource and will lead and coordinate IT and Business resources for platform administration, deployments, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support activities. she/he will analyze requirements, workflows, procedures, and automation improvements to existing and new application/systems to ensure high availability, proper function, and overall 24x7 application performance. 

Requirements: 

• Advanced understanding and participation in all facets of the software development life cycle, including business process modeling.  
• Strong hands-on experience in customization, providing application administration and support of MetaStorm BPM, SoftDocs, and/or Onbase 
• Ability to quickly digest information, understand the business objective, and prepare/takes actions. 
• Extreme responsiveness with ability to work under pressure in critical situations maintaining a clear sense of urgency. 
• Recognizes and identifies potential areas where existing methods, procedures, policies require change, or where new ones need to be developed. 
• Experience with .NET technologies, ADO (Azure DevOps), and SDLC & SCM practices. 
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, in a 24x7 environment; ability to work flexible hours and be on-call. 
• Familiarity with source control and source control practices (Git, Subversion, etc.). 

Microsoft GP JD:

• Advanced understanding and support of ERP and Financial business processes (AR, AP, GL, etc.) 
• Advanced understanding and support of corporate systems such as UKG, integrations, etc.  
• Excellent hands-on experience with the installation, integration, support, and administration of Microsoft Dynamics GP 
• Broad experience with GP ISV’s and plugins such as eConnect, SmartConnect, and other GP ISVs and plug-ins. 
• Strong knowledge GP tables, views, relationships, stored procedures, and SQL Reporting Services reports. 
• Deep experience with Microsoft SQL and SSRS. 
• Strong knowledge of MS Office products including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project. 
• Project-oriented approach to GP design and development work. 
• Proven ability to customize and maintain Microsoft GP and other financial applications. 

Understanding and ability to develop with JavaScript, .NET, C#.
