Job Title : Area Sales Manager
Location : Bangalore | Mandya | Mysore |Hyderabad | Mumbai
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM OUR AREA SALES MANAGER
Work with his sales team to identify opportunities for new markets and growth. Opening new associating markets in rural Bangalore.
Coordinate and direct his sales team to work on locations where we can derive the best results for the targets.
Appoint Electric Vehicle Dealers Network.
Onboard EV Rangers ( Partners ), where we can engage activity in their space and also get leads from them from their customers.
Activate BTL Activities.
Develop best practices for virtual sales and customer services.
Recruiting the best possible team to achieve organizational objectives
Ensure sales team complies with company policies, procedures and business ethics.
Develop and maintain sales records of sales meetings, sales calls, new sales, closed sales, follow-up activities, etc. Deliverables from his/her team
Perform up-selling and cross-selling of products to clients.
Conduct effective sales presentation for potential customers.
Evaluate and enhance current EV virtual shows and conventions to develop new opportunities.
Maintain cordial relations with 3rd party exchange parties and financing companies. Desired qualities
Has proven track record of success in sales
Deep knowledge on EV industry & its trends.
Has led and managed sales teams to ensure they meet their individual and team targets.
Analyzed sales data to provide direction to the team
Has contacts with Dealers and Distributors of the same industry in his territory
Comfortable working in Excel and PowerPoint.
Comfortable with English, Kannada and Hindi
