Designation- Purchase Engineer

Auxein Medical is a Ortho Implants manufacturing company.

Location - Kundli Industrial Area

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:

1.     Understand the requirement, take quotation from suppliers, negotiate price & take PR Approval.

2.     Make and issue Purchase Order (PO) for tools, Consumables & Raw Materials.

3.     Follow- up with vendor for timely Delivery

4.     Strong understanding of Machining Components and Steel & Metal Parts, Electroplating and Polishing etc.

5.     Maintain records of MIS and update tracking of all PO's

6.     Vendor Management-Searching of New Vendor (Price Reduction, Improvement in Quality and delivery. Better company compliance), Negotiations with new vendors, quality checking & vendor audits.

7.     Ensure compliance to various applicable internal procedures and international standards and guidelines for purchasing activities.

8.     Coordinate with PPC, Production, Stores and other departments.

9.     Any other tasks as assigned by the HOD.
