Job Overview - We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to drive our expansion efforts into new markets and channels for our high-volume, low-speed industrial fans. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in industrial equipment or machinery sales, with a strong network of contacts in the electrical contractor, MEP consultant & Contractor, Industrial building architects, HVAC Consultants and Contractors. They will be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities for business growth, including establishing partnerships with bulk buyers and channel partners across INDIA. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.


Job Title: Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management:
    • Respond promptly to leads generated through digital marketing channels & google Ad words.
    • Qualify leads based on their needs, budget & time for purchasing industrial fans.
    • Maintain accurate records of leads interactions & follow up activities in the CRM System.
  • Sales Process Execution
    • Conduct thorough need assessments and product demonstrations to educate potential customers about the benefits of our industrial fans.
    • Present proposals and quotes to prospects, addressing their specific requirements and providing solutions that meet their needs.
    • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure orders & maximize sales revenue.
  • Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationship with clients throughout the sales process, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
    • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and requests.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and operations, to ensure seamless order fulfilment and installation.
  • Sales Performance Matrix
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance matrix, including monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
    • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline and results using CRM and other sales tools.
    • Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Min 1 years of sales & BD experience of selling Industrial products, machinery industrial paints to SME & corporates.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in industrial machinery.
  • Good understanding of sales processes, leads closing skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is desirable.
  • Must be open for travel as per business needs.
  • Should have a valid driving license & two wheeler for visiting clients.
  • Age- Should not be more than 30 years.
  • Gender- Male/Female.
