Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team at Aurawoo International Pvt. Ltd. This role requires a dynamic individual with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales executives. The job location is Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support
• Identify potential customers and build strong relationships to generate business
• Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to develop proactive sales plans
• Meet or exceed sales goals by effectively handling customer inquiries, negotiations, and closing deals
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate sales reports
