Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive with a strong background in Facilities Management to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling facility services such as manpower services, corporate cleaning, pantry services, security, escort services, and HVAC systems. The candidate must have a deep understanding of the Bangalore market and be able to engage potential clients to expand our services in this region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads for facility management services, including manpower services, corporate cleaning, pantry services, security, escort services, HVAC systems, and property maintenance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share in Bangalore.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and address any client issues.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, client engagement, and negotiation.
  • Provide tailored facility management solutions based on clients' needs.
  • Keep updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and service innovations in the facilities sector.

Required Skills:

  • Strong sales experience in facilities management services, including manpower services, corporate cleaning, pantry services, security, HVAC, and other facility-related solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Bangalore area and familiarity with local business environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain and manage client relationships efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in sales within the facilities management industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
