- The prime role is coordinating between SMM expert, SEO expert, Google Ads expert and making sure all things are going inline smoothly. 

- The project manager should be well versed with technicals of all the three above mentioned marketing fields i.e SEO, SMM & Google Ads. He should have experience in running ads in Meta & Google. 

- He/She would be reporting manager to SEO, SMM & Google Ads expert and he/she would be reporting directly to the founder. 

- The project manager also needs to make sure changes mentioned by the need on the website are regularly done through the website development agency. 

- Gradually, it is expected for him/her to take care of email marketing and whats app marketing as well. All these roles can be outsourced but the coordination and the responsibility of performance would lie with the project manager.
