We are seeking a skilled Java Microservices Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. As a Java Microservices Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance and scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot. The role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and is available as both Contract-To-Hire and Contract positions.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in Java development
• Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and design principles
• Experience with Application Programming Interfaces (API)
• Proficiency in Spring Boot framework
• Good understanding of SQL scripting and relational databases
• Experience with JIRA & Confluence
• Familiarity with Java 8 and JSON
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and implementing high-performance and scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Debugging and resolving performance issues and defects
• Performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards
• Participating in Agile development processes and ceremonies
• Working closely with product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the development process and methodologies
