Key Responsibilities:)
1. Responsible for handling internal and external calls and transferring them to the desired extension numbers.
2 Handling EPABX (Electronic Private Automatic Branch Exchange) and maintaining records.
3. Greeting all walk-ins, visitors and maintaining their records.
4. Receiving vendors bills, maintaining their record.
5 Ensuring proper housekeeping, cleanliness and hygiene in the center.
6. Ensuring excellent hospitality to all center walk-ins.
7. Ensuring entry of all Walk-ins in register and TAB.
8. Excellent communication skills, Good Time-management skills
9. Great interpersonal and communication skills, Customer Handling skills.
10. Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
