Required Skills & Qualifications:

•           Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer, with a strong portfolio of dashboards and reporting solutions.

Role Summary:

experienced Senior Power BI Developer to design and develop high-quality, interactive dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders. As a Senior Power BI Developer, you will play a critical role in transforming complex data into easy-to-understand visualizations and business insights. You will work closely with business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions that drive better decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

•           Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide business insights and actionable data.

•           Data Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather data from multiple sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, cloud platforms, etc.) and integrate it into Power BI models.

•           Data Modeling: Create and maintain optimized Power BI data models, including DAX expressions and Power Query transformations, to ensure accurate reporting.

•           Performance Optimization: Continuously improve and optimize dashboard performance to handle large datasets, ensuring speed and efficiency.

•           Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and define reporting requirements.

•           Testing and Validation: Validate the accuracy of reports and dashboards, ensuring data integrity and that they meet business needs.

•           Training and Support: Provide training and mentorship to junior developers and business users on Power BI best practices, report development, and data visualization.

•           Documentation: Maintain clear documentation on dashboards, data models, DAX formulas, and Power BI development processes.

•           Troubleshooting: Address any issues with Power BI reports and dashboards, troubleshoot performance or data-related problems, and recommend solutions.

Technical Expertise:

•           Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database structures (SQL, NoSQL, etc.).

•           Proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, Power BI Service, and Power BI Desktop.

•           Experience integrating data from various sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, cloud data, etc.).

•           Knowledge of advanced DAX functions for calculations and aggregations
