Production Head - Interior, Bespoke furniture, Architect or Lighting background only

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Head to oversee and ensure the timely and efficient execution of all production activities. This role requires a skilled leader with a strong background in interior design or turnkey contracting, who can manage vendor relationships and drive high-quality production outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production process, meeting project deadlines, and maintaining quality standards across luxury projects.

Key Objectives:

• Production Management: Ensure all production is completed within set timelines and meets quality benchmarks.
• Vendor Empanelment: Establish and maintain a roster of reliable vendors to support project needs and quality standards.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements (MSR):

• 5-6 years of experience in a leadership role within production or execution in an interior design or turnkey contracting company.
• Proficiency in basic MS Excel for production tracking and reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members, clients, and vendors.
• Proven experience managing a team of at least 5-6 people

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Oversight:

• Oversee the complete production process from start to finish, ensuring that all work aligns with project timelines and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to prevent project delays or quality compromises.

1. Vendor Management:

• Identify, assess, and empanel reliable vendors to support project requirements in line with company standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure competitive pricing, timely delivery, and top-quality materials.

1. Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate the production team, ensuring each member has clear responsibilities and meets project goals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, quality, and efficiency within the team.

1. Quality Assurance:

• Regularly review production outputs to ensure they meet the high standards expected in luxury interior and bespoke projects.
• Implement quality control processes to catch and resolve issues early in the production phase.
