Roles and Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished video product
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of final videos
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements
• Maintain video library organization and backups
• Add effects, graphics, and animation to enhance the video content
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for Instagram Reels that align with our brand's aesthetic and objectives.
• Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for reels.
• Select and incorporate appropriate music, transitions, and effects to enhance the video content.
• Ensure timely delivery of edited content while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to optimize content performance on Instagram

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a video editor, preferably with a focus on Instagram or other social media platforms.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Instagram's features and best practices for creating engaging reels.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to track and analyze content performance on Instagram.
