Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team at Aubree Chocolaterie, located in Bengaluru. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment. The role focuses on enhancing our recruitment strategy through candidate assessment, talent pipelining, and presenting the Aubree brand as an employer of choice. You will be part of our HR team, contributing to the continuous growth and workforce excellence of our company.
Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field is the minimum requirement.
- Must possess recruitment expertise with the ability to identify and engage top talent effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in candidate assessment to ensure alignment with company culture and role requirements (Mandatory skill).
- Proven experience in talent pipelining to maintain a ready pool of potential candidates (Mandatory skill).
- Adept in sourcing techniques to discover passive candidates and niche talent.
- Skilled in interviewing to accurately assess candidate capabilities.
- Strong negotiation skills to manage offers effectively and confidently.
- Experience in onboarding processes to help new hires integrate smoothly.
- Knowledgeable in employer branding to positively showcase the company to prospective talent.
- Candidates residing at Bengaluru region is only considered.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Conduct well-structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for various roles.
- Maintain a proactive pipeline of top talent through strategic sourcing and relationship building.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes to support new recruits in adapting to the company environment.
- Execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility as an employer of choice.
- Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment practices and candidate engagement.
